◆step 1: The rotor of the mixer draws the product into the stator of the mixer where the high shear action between the high-speed rotor blades and the slowly revolving stator rim subjects the material to very effective milling and grinding action prior to being expelled with high velocity through outlets in the stator rim.
◆Step 2: Products are dispersed at a high speed from the stator slots, and form a violent turbulence within the vessel. Meanwhile, fresh materials enter the processing zone, maintaining the mixing cycle. After several cycles materials are entirely dispersed, emulsified and homogenized
